Americans for Prosperity (AFP), the corporate front group founded in the 1980s by Koch Industries billionaire David Koch, worked closely with Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) to orchestrate the anti-health reform rally today. As ThinkProgress reported yesterday, AFP has been encouraging right-wing activists to board their buses — free of charge — to attend the rally. While AFP does not disclose all of its corporate donors, foundations controlled by David and Charles Koch provide millions in yearly funding, and David continues to chair the AFP foundation and preside over AFP’s annual convention.

So it's ok for George Soros' money to get Obama elected but it's not ok for an actual American citizen to use his money to fight the growth of socialism.

Typical liberal nuttiness. Compare this to the Obama town hall meetings. Held in places where it is by invitation only and then try to make it seem it was open.

To a liberal bring in the common people to do something is bad but closed meeting are good.

I know the 4 full buses our group took with only 72hrs notice we paid for ourselves. And when it was all over our whole group was invited in for a tour of the capitol bldg. It was very nice of our congressman to take time out of his day to personally guide us through. I was wondering if Pelosi could hear us all going past her closed office door. Funny how hers was the only door I saw with 2 guards. In any case our group all got to go set in the gallery Pelosi wanted closed due to the "Emergency". Didn't see much going on though.

You guys are just hilarious. None of you would acknowledge the truth because then your lives based on lies and false premises would come crashing down on you.

Where are all the teabaggers who over and over have claimed these Buses were hired by the people who rode in them?

I never road on of these buses. But if I had to guess, each bus would hold at least 50 people. 50 people x 40 buses = 2000 people. 50% of those in attendance. I wonder if they are paid to participate. Just a thought.
